VBS Success

Our Vacation Bible School (VBS) had record attendance which had the huge crew of awesome volunteers hopping. It was a great week of sharing God’s love with upwards of 200 kids, over the 4 days. Even Martin Luther spent the week with us. He looks good for being more than 500 years old!

Many thanks to all the volunteers, to those who donated craft supplies and sewed flags, brought in cookies and snack mix items, who provided meals and lodging for the CLBI team, besides everyone who gives their time and effort during this hectic week. Thanks also to UFA for donating (delivery and pick-up included) a cattle shelter that is used as the snack place. And Wendy’s restaurant generously donated coupons for free a Frosty for everyone!

Our VBS coordinator says she will be back next year and we hope so, but officially, this is her last time as our VBS coordinator. We are so grateful for her years of service in this role. She makes it look so easy!
